- Vision screening, dental screening, hearing screening, podiatry services, biannual and annual physicals, Mammograms, OBGYN visits, nurse services, Psychological Evaluations, Psychiatric Evaluations (for dual-diagnosed individuals), Quarterly psychiatric reviews, Medication management and reduction plan (for individuals taking psychotropic medications), Tardive Dyskinesia Screening (TD) Screening (for individuals taking psychotropic medications)
Services provided by ACE in Assessments
- ICAP, SLOF (where needed), Nutritional Assessment (contracted out), Risk Assessment, Safety Assessment, Other assessments as may be required by individual service-recipients
