Access Community Experience, Inc. (ACE) provides Community Integrated Living Arrangement (CILA) to adults with developmental disabilities. Our Agency also provides 24-hour supervised group-homes and a wide array of supportive services for children with developmental disabilities.
Individuals, who agree to receive services from ACE, are offered wide-ranging, person-centered services aimed at empowering them to attain independence to the greatest degree possible. Some of The services we provide are:
- A home that reflects the taste, the preferences and the needs of the individual residents and has all the safety features required by Local, City and State codes/ordinances.
- Dependable and safe Transportation
- 24-hour supervision in the home and in the community by certified DSPs, QIDP, Nurse, Residential Management personnel.
- Regularly scheduled Health Examinations and Assessments
- Community-based leisure and recreational activities
- Self-direction and self-advocacy training
- Daily living and self-care skills training
- Independent living skills training
- Economic self-sufficiency, including money management training
- Self-medication training
- Community integration and safety skills training
- Mobility training
- Social and communication training
- Wellness and healthy living training
