Open Positions
We are currently hiring for the following positions. All positions require a genuine commitment to person-centered care and the mission of ACE Illinois.
Direct Support Professional (DSP)
Provide daily living support, community integration, and personal care to individuals in our CILA and group home programs.
Supported Employment Specialist
Assist individuals with developmental disabilities in finding, securing, and maintaining competitive employment in the community.
Developmental Training Instructor
Facilitate skill-building activities and individualized training programs that promote independence and community participation.
Program Supervisor
Oversee daily operations of residential or day program sites, ensuring quality care and regulatory compliance.
On-Call Staff
Provide flexible coverage across our programs as needed. Ideal for those seeking supplemental income or exploring a career in human services.
General Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a background check
- High school diploma or GED required; college coursework in human services a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Genuine commitment to the dignity and empowerment of individuals with disabilities
